This genuine Dodge component, identified by SKU 021832TDNC, is a complete twin-tapered bushing assembly specifically designed for the Dodge 188D Bio-Disc Reducer. Engineered for the extremely harsh and humid environments of wastewater treatment facilities, every component in this kit is protected with a TDNC (Thin Dense Nickel Composite) plating for superior corrosion resistance. This assembly uses the proven Dodge twin-tapered bushing system to mount the Bio-Disc reducer onto a 2.1875 inch (2-3/16") shaft. This design provides a secure, easy-on/easy-off mechanical interference fit that grips the shaft concentrically, eliminating the fretting corrosion and wobble associated with other mounting systems.
